Given the calm health context and the very low demand for registration in digital format, the organizers have decided to offer the possibility of participating in the Symposium exclusively in person.
 
The organizing committee is doing its utmost to ensure that participants have a rich experience in meeting people, sharing knowledge and practices, and discovering the Grenoble region.
 
On the program of this IX edition: scientific sessions and posters, networking moments, technical exhibition, professional visits, social and tourist activities.

(*) Eligible rate for members who are up to date with their ISHS membership at the time of registration.

Your membership number will be requested at the time of registration. If you have any questions regarding your membership, please contact ISHS

(****) Participation in the technical visit day is included in the registration package for the entire symposium. Registration for the technical visits is available as an additional option for those who have chosen to register for the day and for accompanying persons.

Registration for the entire symposium includes :

Registration for ONE day of the symposium (Tuesday, June 13, Wednesday, 14 or Thursday, June 15, 2023) includes :

    • Access to the lectures on the day of registration

    • Participant material (bag, program)

GUIDED TOUR OF THE OLD CITY OF GRENOBLE, on foot

This walk in the old city offers you a great trip in the fabulous history of Grenoble, more than 2000 years old.

A city where the knight Bayard, the Duke of Lesdiguières, Aristide Bergès, Marie Reynouard lived…

Historical monuments and ancient residences testify to this, such as the old Parliament Palace, the cathedral or Stendhal’s house.

MASTERPIECES OF WESTERN PAINTING FROM THE 13TH CENTURY TO TODAY AT THE GRENOBLE MUSEUM

This prestigious museum is a must in the cultural life of the city and a reference at the European level. It allows you to explore the history of Western painting from the 13th century to the present day. With your guide, take a tour of the masterpieces that will take you from

French, Flemish, Italian and Spanish paintings from the 16th to the 18th century (Rubens, de la Tour, Zurbaran…) up to the 19th century (Gauguin…) and 20th (Chagall, Matisse, Picasso, Léger, Bonnard, surrealism, abstract art…)

VISIT OF FORT SAINT-EYNARD

Rehabilitated between 1991 and 1995 and open to the public, the Saint-Eynard fort offers a beautiful view of the Belledonne massif, the Grésivaudan valley and Grenoble. A permanent exhibition on the life of the garrison at the fort awaits you.

It is one of the seven forts making up the fortified belt of Grenoble.

Guided tour and bus transportation included.

Group Registration

Registrations for more than 10 people will be handled separately as a group reservation. Please contact the registration department: registration@francenut2023.com. The Registration Department will not be responsible for double booking of an individual participant or group by another company or organization. The deadline for group registration is June 1, 2023.

The registration department will provide the group leader with information on how to submit the names of their group members. Individual data for each group member such as first name, last name, email address and mailing address must be provided.

Please note that group members will only be considered fully registered once the requested personal information has been provided.

  • You can register online by paying with your credit card or by bank transfer. All bank transfers must be made before June 5, 2023.
  • The recommended method of payment for registration is by credit card. We accept Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard (AMEX and Diners cards are not accepted). The online system uses secure encryption to protect your card and personal data. Please note that in order to secure online payments, your bank may ask you for personal information or a security code which you will receive by phone or email. The payment will be made to K.I.T. Group on behalf of CTIFL.
  • A confirmation of payment will be sent upon receipt of the full payment. Registration by phone will not be processed. For any question, please contact the symposium secretariat: registration@francenut2023.com

Registration Cancellation

Any cancellation of participation must be notified by e-mail to the symposium secretariat: registration@francenut2023.com.

The following conditions will apply:

If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, he/she may be replaced, in agreement with the symposium organizers, by another person from the same institute/organization.

Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation until March 20, 2023: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded
    • Cancellation from March 21, 2023 to May 22, 2023: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
    • From May 23, 2023: no refund

Cancellation of the Congress - in case of force majeure

In the event that the symposium cannot take place or must be postponed due to events beyond the control of the organizers, including but not limited to the following: Acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, government advice, restrictions or regulations on travel, availability of hotels or facilities, goods or supplies, war or an apparent act of war, terrorism, natural or man-made disasters, civil disturbance, disease, epidemics or pandemics, reduction or restriction of transportation, or any other comparable calamity, loss, or condition (collectively, a “Force Majeure”), or due to events that cannot be attributed to prejudicial intent or gross negligence on the part of the Symposium organizers, the organizers shall have the right to cancel the symposium immediately and/or terminate the symposium without liability and shall be released from their obligations to the participants.

Furthermore, if the symposium is terminated due to or as a result of force majeure, the organizers cannot be held liable by the participants for any damages, losses or costs, such as transportation, hotel or financial losses, etc.

In these circumstances, the symposium organizers reserve the right to either retain the full amount of the registration fee and use it for a future event, or to reimburse the participants after deducting from the amount the costs already invested in the organization of the symposium and which could not be reimbursed by a third party.

Insurance

The organizers do not accept responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policy to cover risks including (but not limited to) loss, cancellation, medical expenses and injury.

The symposium organizers will not accept any responsibility if a participant does not have adequate insurance.
